Bill Goodwin has been a part of the Inland Group of Companies since 1967. Mr. Goodwin’s focus concentrates on commercial real estate sales, investments and financial management. Mr. Goodwin was also a small business owner of a highly specialized industrial firm with expertise in metallurgy, education, retail and private and public sector industries. One of Mr. Goodwin’s most notable accomplishments occurred in 1967 when he leased and remodeled The Inland Group, Inc.’s first office space where he later went on to become their first real estate school instructor. Mr. Goodwin also has municipal planning and public relations experience stemming from his involvement at the Chicago Transit Authority in their Research and Planning Department, where he generated preliminary design layouts for new rapid transit stations. As the president of Pro-Long Tool Life, Mr. Goodwin was a nationally recognized speaker for the Society of Die Casting Engineers and Die Casting Research Foundation. In addition he was honored by these organizations with the Nyselius Award in recognition of technological contributions to the Die Casting industry. Mr. Goodwin’s real estate career has given him a unique understanding of real estate development, investments, real estate brokerage, retail leasing and sales, as well as the acquisitions and disposition of assets. Most recently, Mr. Goodwin was a member of the highly successful Business Development Team for Inland Securities Corporation and he currently works at Inland Real Estate Brokerage in Yorkville IL. Mr. Goodwin works closely with the Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador and The Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador. Mr. Goodwin is also on the Board of Directors for the Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has sponsored many events on behalf of Inland Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. Mr. Goodwin is one of the most seasoned and well educated members of the Inland team and can put that knowledge and expertise to work for you.
